  • Can I cancel my ticket purchase?
Unfortunately, this is not possible unless you book the ticket return service at cvents when you purchase the ticket. All information about this here.
  • Can I give my ticket to somebody else?
Typically, tickets are transferable to someone in the same ticket class and can be given to other people without having to change the name on the ticket. The ticket loses its validity after the first check-in and will be replaced by the conference wristband at the entrance. Passing on or ticket sharing is not permitted.
  • Is there free choice of seating?
Yes, everyone can secure their own place. The seats must be vacated during breaks and cannot be reserved permanently. However, some areas are reserved as blocks for families with children, guests and seat and VIP ticket holders. However, if you also want a reserved seat, you can purchase a special ticket with seat reservation. All information about this can be found here when purchasing tickets.
  • Does the ticket include food or accomodation?
No, the ticket only includes participation in UNUM24. Everyone has to provide their own accommodation and food.
  • People with disabilities
There are reduced tickets for people with disabilities (GdB50). A valid ID must be carried with you and, if necessary, presented in conjunction with the ticket. Accompanying persons can purchase the reduced ticket price of 139 euros. Please contact us after the pre-sale discount has expired if you only purchase a ticket afterwards. The Olympic Hall and the entire Olympic area are suitable for people with walking difficulties and in wheelchairs. All information about the special entrances, location of the reserved disabled parking spaces and wheelchair-accessible toilets can be found here.
  • VIP-Ticktes
  • At what age do children need a ticket?
Please note: The conference is not suitable for children under 12, but at the same time we want to give young families with small children the chance to take part and are setting up a special family block where everyone with babies and children can sit. Children and young people aged 7 to 17 can take part with a U18 ticket. Children aged 1 to 6 can take part in the family block with a special children's ticket. Babies aged 0-1 do not require a ticket, but can be brought into the hall. Places for families with babies are also provided in the family block
  • Will there be childcare?
Unfortunately, we cannot offer child care. Parents must supervise their children at all times. Children up to 13 years of age require a supervisor; the children must be with this supervisor at all times. Children between the ages of 14 and 17 require a legal guardian to accompany them to the conference.
  • Will there be a kids programm?
We will not be offering any children's programs during the conference. But: Attention Sunday morning special! For Sunday only, a children's special program awaits you parallel to the service with a surprise factor (further information and special tickets will follow).
  • Will there be space for strollers?
For reasons of safety and fire protection, it is generally not permitted to take a stroller into the Olympic Hall. This also applies to carrier bags for small children. Strollers are permitted on the Olympic site, but they may only be parked in the designated areas. Cars left unattended will be brought there by security staff.
  • Will there be ear protection?
There may be increased volume during worship times. Parents are responsible for ensuring that their child is adequately protected. This also applies to older children.
  • Food & Drinks
There are various catering options available in the Olympic Hall where you can purchase food and drink.
  • Can I bring food into the hall?
Of course, you are allowed to bring your own food, but please note the safety restrictions below. Bringing glass bottles is generally not permitted. PET bottles up to 0.7 liters are possible and of course there is an exception for baby food.
  • Photography & Filming
For copyright reasons, photography and filming for commercial use is not permitted at our event. Photographers and film teams that have been accredited by our press office are exempt from this regulation.
  • Which items can I take into the Olympic Hall?
Due to the safety regulations but also the space available on the Olympic site, not all items are allowed in the Olympic hall. There may be a check at the entrance. You are NOT allowed to bring any of this with you: Luggage and hand trollies Sleeping bags and sleeping mats Boxes and bulky luggage Large travel backpacks Cameras Flagpoles and flags Perfumes & deodorants (pressure containers and glass) Glass bottles (PET up to 0.7l permitted) – (baby supplies permitted) Animals Metal cutlery (plastic allowed) Instruments and percussions (tambourines, jingles, shofars, etc.) Tools, tools and other blades (carpet knives, multitools, Leatherman, pocket knives, etc.) Weapons (cutting, stabbing and firearms, as well as irritant gas) If there is any uncertainty regarding the ban on items on the exhibition grounds, the decision rests with our security and order staff.

  • Can you park with a camper at the Olympiahall?
Yes, you can! You can park a camper at the so-called “Parkharfe am Olympiastadion” for 25 euros per day. Access to the parking spaces and all further information about parking can be found in the Olympic Stadium visitor information under “Arrival by car/Parking spaces and fees”.

Übersetzung

At the event we offer translation into different languages via the smartphone app LiveVoice. Therefore please bring your smartphone including headphones with you. Please download the app already ahead of the event by following this link: https://livevoice.io/listen/664410

Bring bitte dein geladenes (!)

Folge dazu bitte diesem Link:

https://livevoice.io/listen/664410
